I designed numerous ads while working at Radio-Info.com for their popular email newsletters. The ads were produced daily for record labels such as Interscope, RCA, Big Machine, Capitol, Jive and many more. These ads are seen by thousands of professionals each day from many different sections of the radio and record label industry ultimately having a direct impact on traditional and online radio play and corresponding record sales in both major and small markets.

Radio-Info.com was founded by Doug Fleming in 1999 as a radio discussion forum and has survived his tragic death in 2005 to become “Radio’s Online Community”. It’s built on the popular message-board framework Doug created and today provides both radio professionals and fans a valued source for news, expert commentary, and the lively industry gossip that radio thrives on.

In 2006, inspired by their son’s passion for the radio industry and committed to honoring his legacy, Diana and Rick Fleming devised an ambitious new business model for a media company that would move well beyond the original web-based discussion board concept. Envisioning a comprehensive “online community” for all those in radio, they decided to complement the discussion boards with breaking industry news. In addition, they initiated an innovative programming project that allows for efficient moderation of hundreds of discussion forums with thousands of posts each day. To fund their plan, online advertising was introduced. Ultimately, the profit from this venture will be donated to various charitable organizations in Doug Fleming’s honor.

International Art Jewelers, Inc (“IAJ”) is a loose diamond and fine jewelry retailer operating at 19 N. Wabash Avenue, on Chicago’s famed Jeweler’s Row. Over the company’s 35 year history IAJ has developed a strong reputation and brand name among customers and industry affiliates. The company specializes in high quality loose diamonds and fine jewelry and implements its product strategy through established and long standing relationships with the international diamond community. IAJ’s unparalleled commitment to customer service and integrity has helped partners Michel Souri and Garabed Sazian grow their business into one of the most recognized names in the Chicago jewelry industry.

I created a holiday promotions card for IAJ. IAJ was also interested in creating a “Create Your Own Diamond” web application within another subsidiary called Atria Diamonds. I created comps for several pages to be used in the Atria Diamonds web application to show at potential investor meetings.

Kriser’s is a store dedicated to all-natural pet food and supplies. Since 2006, Kriser’s has grown to six locations around Chicago and recently pushed west to Los Angeles, CA. The company continues to grow and plans to expand to more states in 2012.

I have produced many print collateral and environmental design items for Kriser’s including post cards, magazine ads, newspaper ads, POP displays, and digital billboard designs.

AMT Sales & Marketing is a natural / specialty foods consulting and brokerage company based in Tampa, Florida that services all their clients sales and product management needs using cost efficient and effect sales strategies. The company has qualified associates located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Washington State, Texas, and Utah.

When AMT Sales & Marketing needed a new brand identity and website they contacted me about the project. I worked with the founder and owner of the company to meet his needs both with his branding look and feel, and his website functionality and design. The website was created in the Squarespace platform for easy updates by their part time web master. Features include a custom jQuery image slider on the home page to allow AMT to feature new product lines they manage, and a News Blog in order to keep clients and other colleagues up to date on company happenings.

Phoenix Information Technologies (Phx-IT) is a full service computer management company that specializes in planning, installing, and managing business networks to meet customers’ unique technical and financial needs. They serve clients in a variety of fields including media, aviation, non-profit, food service, and many more. Phx-IT is based in Phoenix, AZ.

As the company continued to grow and increase their client base in the Phoenix, AZ market, they soon realized they were in need of a new branding scheme, business card design, brochure design, and website design. That’s where I stepped in. I worked with the company to come up with a logo design and overall branding look and feel that we felt was appropriate for their line of business and local market. The website was built on the Squarespace CMS platform for it’s ease of use and no-frills set up time.
